Since UK has been in some top bowls in recent years shows how great UT is to have beaten them the last 26 years. If UK had half the heart that those 25 players(all freshman) from UT have they would be National Champions.
Wow Really????? The fact is Kentucky SHOULD have beaten Tennessee this year and every UK fan I came in contact with prior to game (approximately 50 or so) said the same thing. Matter of fact UK should have beat us the last 4 years but found a way to choke it away. Randall Cobb is one of the best athletes in college football, guess you weren't aware he was on your team either.

I, as a UT fan, was not looking for you to pat us on the back because we won. We went 6-6 which is unacceptable, however, giving the current circumstances I will take it. But, I don't want to see it again.

Your right, the great one of college football. I think that Kentucky should never lose another football game again we have the greatest player in all of college football and will continue to recruit them since we are the greatest football school. I guess we should have beat USC this year, that was no upset.
I am no college football know it all, but ESPN which have football know it alls said it was going to be UT37 UK34 so I guess they are idiots since UK should have won becaue of all their great talent. Yes we have Cobb since UT told him he was not what they needed on their team. UT has done so great the last couple of years with no talent no coaching and no recruits. Way to go UT you are a school for all school to look up to. Who needs a D line and a O line that out weighs the other team by 30 each, its all about Cobb and Hartline the greatest QB and WR in college football. UK should have won they where playing against kids.

I think you should have great pride in beating a team 26 years in a row no matter who the team is. Thats fine. But, don't act like UT is beating this huge powerhouse. We had only had 7 winning sesons during that 26 year stretch. One of the 7 was a 6-5 record and the most wins was 8 which included the bowl wins. I do think UK has came along ways in the last 5 years but we are not close to the football program that UT has. If you know anything about college football you should know that. In those last 26 years UT has only had 3 seasons under .500. A national championship, (4) 11 win seasons. (6) 10 win seasons and (5) 9 win seasons. And here we are comparing these two teams. COME ON!!!

Thats part of the point UKCATS. UK has been much more successful in football the past 5 years+ than they have since Bear Bryant left town. Also, UT has had one of their worst runs since, well just before this streak started. That said, UK at their best still hasn't beaten UT when the odds have been in their favor to snap the streak. Heck, UK couldn't beat UT when the Bear was there either so I guess we shouldn't expect it now.

    Re: The year was 1984...

We have been better in the last 5 years but UT has had a better record each of the 5 except for 2008. So we have got better but UT still continues to be better record wise. So how would UK be the favorite to win aganist UT. The last 5 years was are best chance let me say that again BEST CHANCE to win, not to be the favorite to win just out BEST CHANCE. If and when the streak ends I hope its when UT is 11-0 and UK comes in 5-6 or worse. If the streak would have ended the last 5 years UT fans would have said it was because they where having bad years and not because UK and got better. But, Good Job UT for keeping the streak alive at 26 through good and bad years.

Best chance thats the point. But, you said ESPN had it picked 37-34 in favor of UT. Didn't they pick UK to win Woodson's SR year?

Thats right our best chance to win. You all seem like UK was picked to win and was favored to win by 4 TD's. The last 5 years was our best chance. I am not sure about woodsons Sr year.
